We hold in our body that which we cannot process, and we rebel against the thing. How we rebel shows up as unwanted behavior i.e. addiction, anger, being withdrawn, self-hurting, criminal and unloving behavior.
Born in 1950 with colitis suffering all my life and with what goes with it. Being an active person, I had a hip displacement 2/2023 and stayed in bed for 2.5 years.
I GOT PATCHED 23 June 2025 and life changed. THE PATCH: Specifically, my spine is in alignment, exercise does not cause reinjury but rather strengthens me, sleep is sound, water intake is good (mineral water and carbon filtered), mind is clear, energy from 7am – 8 pm, no naps, shoulder pain is gone, shoulders are even, stress is down, mood elevate and balanced. I feel confident, happy, and fulfilled.
