HEALING STEPS

Healing takes time, typically 18 – 24 months or more depending on your state of health.

Here is a chart for your reference.  Once you begin healing, things will change all over your body, mind, and emotions.

When using the x39 patches, or any other form of healing, rapid changes will occur. You may experience some uncomfortable sensations some days; drinking more water will help.

Please monitor your medications as you will heal and possibly have no need for meds.

Hydration is key to life and especially when healing.  Please look at using hydrogen water, mineral water, Baja Gold sea salt, and other natural wellness aids.  Re-toxifying will slow your results so use glass containers, and please read labels.
